LUMIA 535 DS not logging in store/microsoft account - Microsoft Community


i windows insider. downgraded lumia 535ds windows device recovery tool windows 8.1 . after unable login microsoft account in it. either in windows store or in accounts. other accounts google logging in normally. internet connectivity good. can login in internet explorer on same mobile.
please me out of here.

for isolate issue, we'd following information:

  • do error messages when tying log in microsoft account? if so, please provide screenshot or exact error code.
  • did make recent changes apart downgrading device windows 8.1?
  • what troubleshooting procedures have done far?
