your contacts automatically synced microsoft account. you'll have them again after set same microsoft account on phone. more information this, please answer following questions:

  • have set same microsoft account on phone?
  • are getting error message or code?
  • which app did use contacts through phone's sd card?
  • what troubleshooting steps have tried far?
