My phone got locked for security reasons and I CAN NOT see the - Microsoft Community

hello microsoft users!

yesterday, windows phone lumia 735 got "locked security reasons". happend out of no where. have tried already:

- charge phone more 2 hours

- removed battery

- removed sim

- removed sd card

- tried find phone in microsoft account , select "find phone" function reset pin or else.

the last step did not work.

let me repeat: last step, did not work. not tell me go https://account.microsoft.com/devices , find phone there, because can't. option "find phone" not selectable me in account.

i have contacted microsoft support via multiple channels. never got answer.

can please me ridiculous problem, because can't phone anymore no reason.

with steps have enumerated in attempt unlock phone, in 1 should have resolved issue. step through scenario hard reset phone, delete unsaved files , text messages. if phone synced , backed on onedrive, can consider performing hard reset.

let know how works.
