my windows 10 mobile device, lumia 950, no longer giving me ability send text.

i can type in there's no send icon.

is phone or thing?

hi,

we suggest perform soft reset. press , hold volume down and power button until phone vibrates , restarts. note should not touch device screen during process (not when 'slide down power off' prompt appears). after performing soft reset, try check if issue persists.
