This app can't open - Microsoft Community

when try open xyz app sticky notes, microsoft edge, photos etc , message appears saying xyz app can't opened using built-in administration account. sign in different account , try again.

however, unable login microsoft account in laptop well. didn't happen earlier.

• are there error codes/messages preventing performing action?
• what troubleshooting steps have done far?
• did make changes on computer prior issue?
