Windows phone 10 store Error code 0x8000FFFF And After a Refresh error - Microsoft Community

im update windows phone 10

after update store not working (error code: 0x8000ffff) 

and after refresh shows error code 0x80131500

regarding concern, please perform suggested troubleshooting steps in what if cannot download or update apps store on lumia.

    Problem solved for windows phone 10


    Update the phone to -SO:10.0.15063.297 version 1703 at the very least. The Microsoft store is back up and running , or version 1709.

    --> settings --> update and security --> phone update

    For windows phone 8.1 or 7 ( No more access to the Store.)

    Download SDK wp8.1, Install SDK on PC or notebook with windows 8 or 10. (not win7 or XP)
