using lumia 950 xl since 5 month, fine, since 2 week facing problem,it crashes' 5 10 time every day, done type of solution format reset , flash format, updating latest software available, nothing can stop problem, have seen in post battery changing can use full, not able battery in ms store, hopeless, want ask microsoft why making expensive mobile , not able give service customer, living in delhi india, there lots of mobile service centre no body able troubleshoot problem, big fan of microsoft going leave windows mobile. service , mobile.

regarding lumia 950 xl keeps on crashing, have made changes on device prior this?

also, have noticed if phone gets hot of time, when crash?
