Build 16215 Missing Cursor - Microsoft Community


yesterday received notification there problem hardware device, did not advise which.  recommended running device repair, did, , since cursor has disappeared.  i've tried can think of, disabling , re-enabling, reinstalling mouse software, , starting feel novice.  has else experienced behavior, or have clue on how restore cursor?

thank you, hector.  tried various suggestions restore cursor without luck.  having worked in support twenty-five years, knew asus' support response 'undo' whatever had done make cursor go away, , luckily, rolling build 16199 did that.  content wait next build won't suppress cursor.
