Charging problems on 535 - Microsoft Community


l happen own microsoft lumia 535 year happens l've upgraded windows 10. issue phone has charging issues, l may leave charge overnight in morning phone still @ battery low. i've tried using different chargers still still gives same problems.....

any please.!!!!

according reply, soft resetting phone while charging temporarily solved concern.

if case, back stuff avoid losing data , hard reset phone. can restore in phone setup phase after resetting it.

tell results after hard resetting lumia 535.
