Factory Reset - Microsoft Community


i've been participating in windows insider programme on laptop. i'm upgrading laptop , want factory reset can sell old 1 reason won't allow me this. i've tried 8 times , keep getting 'unable complete' error messages. appears i'm stuck evaluation copy of windows - , laptop!

any ideas on getting round this?
