Frequent Crashes using Mobile Outlook VER: 17.8004.42008.0

hi all,

we have 20 or lumia 640 lte's running windows 10 mobile.

all users have outlook installed primary source of communication.

there have been flurry of updates , calendar, latest being 17.8004.42008.0.

what's happening user browse emails, within minute minute , half - crash home screen.

this being seen every single user in our organisation.

couldn't find reported anywhere else.

what things can try resolve this?
