HELP! Transfer HERE Drive favourites from old 8.1 phone TO new - Microsoft Community

i have new lumia 650 w10 mobile phone. has windows maps navigation. live on number have transferred on using microsoft account.....except navigation favourites. (note: restore has not appeared on new phone).  phone cannot install here because it's not in app store.

old phone lumia 830 windows 8.1 update 2.  backed up.   it still works. uses here drive. have 80 favourites on here drive.  have used sync function top right in favourites..... ms maps not appear in w8.1 apps store.

however:

i cannot see way of transferring favourites from old phone new phone.  know way please?

playing around phone in 2016 came across feature not need not set up

just sync contacts outlook 

you create here a/c on 830  this saves favourites here a/c , , (as not w10!!!) add 650.

improved search. you can view multiple searches in single map view @ same time, microsoft says, , maps labels search results directly on map instead of numbers , list. you’ll see new visual effects when hover on (with mouse) or selecting point of interest on map.

improved site information. when select site on map, windows maps app displays microsoft calls “details card,” , these cards have been improved nearby places, sharing, printing, , walking, driving , transit directions.

improvements offline maps. now, saved favourite places available offline automatically, can destination, if phone offline. , cortana automatically remind download offline maps before leave trip, too.

migration here maps. the windows maps app can import 300 of favourite places here maps. select favorite places want move forward , you’re go.

speaking of which, promised microsoft had advice migrating here apps windows maps. goes this.

if you’re using windows 10 (mobile), can use favourite places migration feature. , when upgrade anniversary update, remaining here apps on device removed automatically. if you’re still using windows phone 8.x, here apps not automatically removed, , of course not updated going forward well.
