IE10, IE11 will NOT reinstall into Win7 after op/sys - Microsoft Community


recently had *reinstall* op/sys.

something got user profile documents & corrpted files including network ability connect internet.

not wanting dump op/sys chose route of using install disc *overwrite* current system correct corrupt dll's.

by using *upgrade* option install disc rewrote files correct corrupted files.

all went well, system running fine once again exception of win7sp1 packaged ie8, , overwrote ie11 using.

now cannot either ie10 or 11 back system. i've reseached , found answers anomaly regards hybrid graphics cards or system restore not running or update turned off. discount of scenerios, not come play.

i baffled has happened, not know has changed,

going microsoft link on explanation why browser not install there option *manually* install pre-requisites kb files, cannot install of 5 of them as  *the service cannot started, don't have device enabled associated it*, oddly displayed .msu files not .msi files,

every time attempt install fails, shortcut placed on desktop going link microsoft explaining problem.

i have no idea h*ll going on.....

all can install ie9.

thx in advance suggestions finding out has taken place.
