Lumia 950XL video function inoperable. - Microsoft Community

replacement nokia 950xl dual sim version , appears working well. have found while camera works single shots when tried video found end key became circle red square in it.  when pressed merely took single snap. please help.

let's start working on checking if phone software updated. check it, go settings> update , security> phone update> check updates.

after updating phone software, suggest perform soft reset. soft reset phone, press , hold power , volume down buttons @ same time until phone restarts.
