MS Edge requesting me to set up or sign in - Microsoft Community


after months of functioning without problem, morning ms edge requesting set or sign in.

same thing happened mail.

please can tell me why happens??

to isolate concern, ask few questions:

  • which insider build on?
  • were there changes made on pc prior this?
  • do have latest updates installed on pc?
  • what happened when try set or sign in?
  • are getting error messages?
  • are trying access mail using microsoft edge browser, or via app?
  • does issue occur microsoft edge? have tried using different browser?

we'll waiting response.
