Not able to access Google & YouTube from windows mobile. - Microsoft Community


hi team,

google & youtube not opening in windows mobile, tried open youtube using edge & other applications it's not working , it's saying "we can't reach page". enclosed image reference, please help.

note: using google service previously, it's not opening google map, mail, youtube etc.

any changes network since problem started ?

is mobile data or wifi or both ?

did try again after soft reset :  press , hold power + volume(down) keys until phone vibrates (about 8-10 seconds). ?
