have , having problems getting laptop accept 'up-grades', have tried going through technical support twice no further forward, system tells me micorsoft account out of date, assume both connected, can help?.

you seem have had problems your microsoft (hotmail) account quite while. need active microsoft account sign windows insider program. assume why not receive upgrades? updates. although logged in insider? is microsoft account workable in other aspects?

also not tell laptop using; version of windows running; versions of windows insider trying install?
