Setting Text & Email sounds in Windows 10 - Microsoft Community

since updating lumia 640 lte windows 10 (build 10.0.14393.576 version 1607) can't change default sound emails or texts.  when go settings / personalisation / sounds / manage app sounds / first 4 items on list update has failed install them correctly (see screenshot).  when open these set use ringtone had been using emails , texts no sound played when email or text received.  can set text alerts individual contacts, time consuming, doesn't cover emails , misses out haven't saved contact.

we suggest perform hard reset instead. can reset phone under settings:settings  > > reset phone. make sure of files before performing hard reset. 

go settings > backup > apps + settings > back now.
