microsoft not let set sound volume apps maximum , keep there. every time microsoft notice have turned volume up, turn down again. part of control wish exert on life. uncaring , oblivious fact phone on half volume in environment inaudible , useless. never have microsoft phone unless control freak behaviour in many ways ceases.
