Updates in Surface forum - Microsoft Community


hello community,

today updated surface forum new topic taxonomy newer devices , have added accessories own product choose from. new topics are:

  • display , screen
  • install, update, , repair
  • power, battery, , performance
  • safety , security
  • sound , camera
  • wi-fi , internet

this meant align taxonomy used on surface.com/support , provide customers simpler online experience. have added accessories own product consolidate product discussions single spot , confusion occurs when customer has surface accessory, not surface device.

this new topic taxonomy used new surface laptop , newest surface pro devices when these become available on june 15th. both these devices have unique entries added product taxonomy in support of launch.
