voicemails disappeared phone. at&t has no idea happened. saying software of phone issue. want know happened , can recovered. important me.

voicemail are not phone storage concern network storage

if delete accident it or time deleted, then gone

you handset is used set up to save vm or not ring out...

eventually recording have been deleted (archived)

i sure above correct if more knowledgable corrects it....

i doubt support software of phone! is cause
