why whattsapp of sudden not open on w10m. worked fine yesterday

there's possibility phone's software, or whatsapp not updated. more information this, please answer following questions:

  • are getting error message or code?
  • have checked if phone's software updated? check, go settings> update , security> phone update> check updates.
  • have checked if there's pending update whatsapp on store app? check, go store app> tap menu @ upper left hand corner> downloads , updates> check updates.
  • what troubleshooting steps have tried far?
