Windows 10 Insider Preview 15048 (rs2_release) - Error - Microsoft Community


i'm using surface pro 4, no antivirus , keep getting above error message.  above message states;

there problems installing updates, we'll try again later. if keep seeing , want search web or contact support information, may help.

i can't seem find fix this, can help?  even attempted to drop out preview and roll sp4 factory setting keeps installing 'windows 10 pro insider preview evaluation copy. build 15031.rs2_release.170204-1546

any gratefully appreciated. 

i've been looking forward new insider built 2 builts ago surface pro 4 i7 started showing flicker in upper third of display... same problem here, new built won't instal, "windows 10 insider preview 15048 (rs2_release) – fehler 0x80070228" displayed. mess. - no, there absolutely no apps , programs installed on system (as i've reset multiple times solve flickering - in vain, though...).
