lumia 720 windows 10 not take update - Microsoft Community


using lumia 720 since 4 year. today use windows insider app preview of windows 10 download in mobile. after restart cant download windows 10 setup .... dont know why 1 can me please

there 2 ways sort out.

try soft reset. hold power , volume down button simultaneously 10 seconds. when phone vibrates, release grip , leave while reboots.

you can rollback 8.1 build 14219.341 , download windows insider chose fast ring. update phone on latest build. perhaps download build 10166 doesn't matter download , again open windows insider select fast ring , can download latest build 10512.1000. remember 1 thing don't backup phone. install fresh , clean wp10 tp 10512 experience.
