Mail/Calendar fail when used with personal domain - Microsoft Community

i have personal domain , have used address there emails many years contacts recognise. unable use on windows 10 phone's mail , calendar apps.

i set ms account @outlook.com address, added address on personal domain , set primary. added connected account send messages using address. ms account owns phone, , mail/calendar set sync it.

if connected account set imap/smtp

• copies of emails not kept
• emails sent empty from: header
• calendar invites etc. sent no from: header @ all

if set smtp (send only)

• copies of emails kept - 1 tick
• emails sent empty from: header
• calendar invites etc. sent no from: header @ all

if set pop/smtp

• copies of emails kept - 1 tick
• emails sent proper from: header - 2 ticks
• calendar invites etc. sent no from: header @ - still no tick here

so using pop/smtp contacts invites , don't know from. if sent outlook.com account flagged there potentially fraudulent.

rfcs 822 , 2822 require emails have from: header, in cases microsoft sending out broken/invalid internet traffic.

so please microsoft fix this.
