NewTabPageAddressBarPinned is reset - Microsoft Community


i found setting 1 default new tab opening cursor in address bar instead of search option "where next". 

however reset upon closing edge or other actions.

is there way make persistent?

we know more issue you're encountering edge. kindly answer following:

  • which build , version of windows 10 using?
  • have checked if happening on different user profile on computer?

you can check build , version of windows 10 doing these steps:

  1. press windows key + r on keyboard open run dialog box.
  2. type winver , hit enter.

you can check if issue happening on different user profile. in case don't have other user profiles, can refer article create new one.

we'll waiting response.
