understand how click , drag move info, goes fast, difficult hit right spot each time.  doing wrong or there easier way missing?

well, if you're still talking horizontal favorites bar.... can try same operations on vertical favorites "pane".   there a folder called (not surprisingly) "favorites bar" appears in favorites pane point favorites bar.  (so, 2 way same place).

so, might find doing "drag-n-drop" operation on vertical favorites bar folder easier do...
