Windows key is unusable when Edge is open - Microsoft Community

every time use windows edge windows button 'blues' out , key doesn't work, unable switch off computer. 

if use chrome or firefox doesn't happen, once i've opened edge key unusable again.  have tried clicking 3 horizontal lines, troubleshoot , following instructions doesn't help.

• have tried use different keyboard , see if helps?
• is happening when you're using edge browser or happen when you're using different application such office , other applications installed on computer?
