Calander entries deleted update - Microsoft Community

nokia lumia 822. w8.1. noticed calendar entries automatically deleted after couple of weeks. after reading forum, correct done design , not computer glich? want make sure before change phones , formats. fyi, yes data copied outlook calendar , not deleted there find problematic have sign on outlook phone see had scheduled 3 weeks ago. in doctor office today , wanted verify dates had tests done last month , appts had other doctors. went check on phone calendar , alas wiped clean. if not correctable glich looking product.

this issue resolved performing hard reset on phone. it will bring phone factory settings, same state when device first turned on. we suggest use , check if issue persists. please back stuff avoid data loss.
