hello friends device lumia 535 broken , after being repaired , updating new windows i’m not able access app lumia camera whatsapp, should do? me..

better assist apps issue, please answer following questions:

  • which os build currenlty running on phone? check, go settings> system> about> more info.
  • what error message getting?
  • what troubleshooting steps have tried far?
