i forgot microsoft account password therefore can't download how have new 1 ? or delete account create new one?.

first need microsoft account add phone. new one.

record password , account name don't forget.

you have reset phone enter new account. 

to reset phone

1.in app list, tap settings settings icon

2.tap about, , tap reset phone.

  may have sd card installed. when asks format card tap ok or yes

3.you'll receive 2 warnings. if you're absolutely sure want restore phone factory settings, tap yes, , tap yes again.

when phone restarts connect wifi  , add account information.  phone update apps while. let finish
