how stop e-mail being synced in incredimail ?

i have never had problem before windows 10 .when had windows 8 , click on icon on desktop incredimail , open , download messages .then click on first 1 , delete no problem , no sync  . know windows 10 , e-mails synced .what syncing too ? not understand going on syncing . go delete message , error message telling me can not delete e-mails because incredimail still syncing e-mails . have sit here , wait e-mails synced . bogus , has stopped .
