HP elite x3 phone text download problems - Microsoft Community


having issues data sent in texts - both group texts , photos not coming through. 'download' prompt, nothing...acts it's downloading, goes 'download' prompt. have searched folders , not find items downloaded phone or sim or onedrive.  have consumer cellular on at&t on hp elite x3 phone. ideas?
