i can't download an app with my lumia 520 - Microsoft Community


registered microsoft account each time try download app have message on screen "microsoft account service not available" pls need

regarding concern, following:

important: make sure phone connected stable internet connection.

  1. soft reset phone pressing , holding volume down + power keys until vibrates.
  2. after soft resetting phone, try download apps again.

if issue persisted after performing soft reset, try logging microsoft account using computer connected same internet connection phone.

let know happens after doing steps above.
