i have tried have suggested , nothing works.

i trying log secure site , far box pops saying iexplorer.exe needs user name , password log in have tried user name , passwords , nothing works.

which web site? sounds company website (intranet) using windows authentication. if is, contact company's desk.

if using home computer post website address able assist you.
