lumia 950 xl proximity and light sensor - Microsoft Community


hello every one. have lumia 950xl. did update phone , after proximity , light sensor not working. know why , how can fix it?

regarding concern light , proximity sensors not working after installing update, recommend soft reset phone pressing , holding volume down + power buttons until vibrates.

if issue persists after phone restarts, back stuff , hard reset phone..

let know outcome after soft or hard resetting phone.
