so, woke morning, checking email noticed phone says "no internet" on wi-fi, have tried soft , hard resets, me please, hate gone long, @ service centre.

to better assist internet connection issue, please answer following questions:

  • is there other device connected same network can access internet?
  • have tried restarting modem?
  • have tried connecting internet using mobile data?
  • what troubleshooting steps have tried far?
