Not starting mobile Lumia 532 - Microsoft Community


plz  pls i'm disturbed bored lumia 532 closed still last few months stated 2/3days & upgraded closed automatically , still in sleep mode..i have tried , gone microsoft service center told have no upgrading software merged in b2x company so please send link   upgrading software lumia 532 or replace mobile have not used few months

in case, have find out if it's more of phone's software or hardware issue. resolve this, please answer following questions:

  • have tried performing soft reset?
  • what troubleshooting steps have tried far?
