Stuck on 14931 - won't upgrade - Microsoft Community


surface pro 3 continues try upgrade every few days.  been happening several months.  reboots few times , gets stuck @ 22%.  i've left sit @ 22% overnight , still no luck.  can't past 14931.  suggestions?

on 22% part has been solved removing sd card before update because seems cause update stop @ 22%
