Unknown Icon on Webpages - Microsoft Community


i have noticed icon (embarrassing if has been there while , have not noticed it). cannot identify it. changes colour number count has remained @ 0. have attached image. hoping can identify , perhaps tell me whether should worried - or not. :-(

when hover cursor arrow on it, arrow changes hand. have hesitated click on unsure take me.

further first message. number changes reward in red. reverts back, no apparent reason, to icon as in attached image. it have not had previously.

that icon bing rewards. saw @ www.bing.com don't think i've seen on other pages.

obviously, it's harmless, perhaps beneficial.
