have lumia 535. cortana on phone crashes when tap microphone button. have tried both hard , soft reset didnt worked. after resetting phone issue didnt solved. os build 10.0.14393.693

with regard concern, suggest use windows device recovery tool. it'll install latest version of windows approved phone. remove including apps, games, texts, call history, music, , photos. please stuff avoid data loss.
