cannot download apps windows store. lumia 950xl. able download before pending , never download

we suggest phone , perform hard reset. hard reset phone, go settings > system > about > reset phone.

hard reset windows phone return same state in first time turned on. personal content erased, , phone restored factory settings.

please create backup before performing hard reset phone memory wiped out. creating backup, click stuff.
