cannot set up to Microsoft account to Windows Phone - Microsoft Community

i'm mobile retailer in sri lanka , have find difficulty not possible create microsoft account few days

please ge me kind feedback

hello,

there few things may have cause this. let's isolate issue providing following information:

  • what model , os build installed on phone? check phones os build, go settings > about > more info.
  • can confirm if date , time settings set correctly? manually setting make difference?
  • are using mobile data or wifi connect internet?
  • are experiencing during initial setup of phone?
