compile function in Java - Microsoft Community


i downloaded java jre1.8.0_121. trying compile .java file command prompt window typing javac etc., there error saying cannot find javac, although added path bin directory of java. matter of fact not see file name javac in bin directory. if not javac, function use compiling .java file?
