i preimium msn user.  running windows 10 and on-line via msn.  (i don't how ie or outlook function.)  anyway, i'm getting same message every file open.  i'm on cruise , i'm so tired of i'm ready disable every single security feature can find.  know website "visit".  if didn't want proceed website, wouldn't go there.  do disable whatever causing popup?  frankly don't care why it's happening.  want rid of can want on-line.

1. isn't msn explorer customized version of  internet explorer?

2. date, time , time zone on computer correct wherever @ time?
