Getting Error while updating windows fast insider on 5/13/2017 - Microsoft Community


today on 5/13/2017, when updating windows (am on fast release) on dell inspiron laptop, getting below error. tried install clicking "retry" 3 times, no luck. below error message.

"there problems installing updates, we'll try again later. if keep seeing , want search web or contact support information, may help:

• windows 10 insider preview 16193.1001 (rs_prerelease) - error 0x8000000a"

as usual there no on error message microsoft , stuck now.

restarting computer , retrying upgrade in settings/windows update may work.

you may use < windows update troubleshooter > resolve issue experiencing.

if else fails, rename download folder ( e.g. download.old ) in windows\softwaredistribution directory, restart again , retry windows update.
