since feature unavailable in lumia 650, best send suggestion using feedback hub app.

to send feedback, follow steps below:

  1. go apps, search feedback hub app.
  2. open menu icon @ top left side.
  3. select feedback, then @ top right side, tap add button (+).
  4. select suggestion , fill box details needed.
  5. select right category problem , submit.

don't hesitate ask community if need more help.
