Microsoft Lumia 640xl freezing periodically and failing to charge to - Microsoft Community


changed lumia 640lte , switched lumia 640xl. having problem phone freezes every time let lock screen , have restart function well. on rare occasions touch starts act if there tapping quickly. if charged own recommended charger never reaches 100% reach 80% @ most. tried hard , soft reset nothing changed checked updates , up-to-date. don't know cause its. running on windows 8.1 update 2 can please me

i guess problems except charging caused carrying phone in pocket.

more others large phone flex when carried in pocket causing misalignment of screen digitizer.
