Microsoft lumia 640xl reboot problemm - Microsoft Community


my windows 10 microsoft lumia 640xl restarts no reason , afte reboot not read sd card. happens 5 times day. looked solutions couldn't find one. of solutions windows 8.1 phone. downloaded stop restart app, says " phone not affected". have checked updates there none. how fix issue?

so try couple of things.

remove card, clean contacts alcohol, dry thoroughly (leave air dry few minutes or wipe thoroughly soft cloth).

reinsert , try it.

if have sd card, insert , see if works.

i had similar issue , ended replacing card (with quality card) , has been fine since!
