Multiple iexplore.exe processes running and IE NOT even opened. Win7, - Microsoft Community

after closing ie, there still iexplore.exe processes running.  tried "end process tree" kept coming up.  cleared everything, , shut down , rebooted recommended in places.  rebooted , saw 6 ie processes running though didn't run other outlook sets auto start. 

i'm creating post through firefox task manager shows 452,616 k. 

3 iexplore.exe @ 37,024 37,288 , 82,408.

3 iexplore.exe 32-bit @ 82,376 45,452 142,980

total: 427,528

edit:  turned off auto start outlook , rebooted.  no iexplore.exe processes running after reboot.  seems processes in question linked outlook has crm 2016 add-in.
